Stocking only the best in Pureco, Fusion and Posh Chalk Paints, Transformed Home<\/strong> is the brain child of Johannah Turnbull, a seasoned furniture refurbisher. Johannah is a firm believer that something old, can be new once again, with just a touch of love and care.<\/p>\n

Johannah's goal is to bring refurbishment out of the limelight, as many restorers and refurbishers gate keep the industry, denying novices the chance to learn from professionals. As a result, Transformed Home<\/strong> runs regular workshops to teach lay-persons the tricks and tips of the trade, advising on you on product and technique. My name is Johannah (Joh) and this is my baby (second to my son beautiful of course). <\/span><\/div>\n

I am a boutique, Melbourne based stockist of both Pureco and Fusion Mineral Paints and supplies, Cling on Brushes, Woodubend mouldings and Posh Chalk finishing products and Stencils. My passion for keeping old furniture out of landfill runs deep. What started as a hobby for me became a well acknowledged industry leader in furniture rejuvenation, and I believe such information should be readily shared to help minimise the carbon footprint of manufacture, while turning the mundane outdated items into modern showpieces for any home.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

As a result I like sharing my knowledge and wisdom with people about how best to start, and also run very popular painting workshops from beginners to advanced, which will be listed regularly here on the site and via social media.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are also available to take your messages or calls, most of the time, 7 days a week. Our studio, shop and workshop are all home based in Watsonia, Melbourne. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Our shop hours are:

In addition to these hours, we ate well known for our extremely flexible and extensive hours that we open specifically for our customers. Therefore, we are open 7 days and nights a week by arrangement, simply call or message us and most of the time, we can open up immediately for you.
